Donation Screening Information

  • Donation Screening Information

We strive to make the donation process as easy and convenient as possible for all of our donors. We know most mamas don’t have a ton of “extra” time on their hands, so we are here to help with every step!

Initial Screening:

The first and most important thing is to make sure that breast feeding your infant is established before you decide to donate any excess milk. We only want you to donate excess breast milk after your baby is fully fed. The milk you donate will be used for critically ill and premature infants. Please feel free to  call us for any queries or concerns you may have.

Online application and review:

In order to be eligible to donate your extra breast milk, you must first complete an online application. The application includes consent form to donate milk and a medical history survey. You also need to upload your latest Blood investigation reports of HIV, HbsAg, HCV, VDRL. Once the application is processed, you will receive a call from the Milk Bank.
